Carving course for adults

Carving course

Do you want to get that good feeling under your feet? Feeling the steel edges cut through the sharp, frozen grooves in the snow. The sensation of soaring down the newly groomed, steep and wide pistes Voss has to offer? Join Alexander Raa Nilsen and Voss Resort Ski School on a carving course. We have courses for both ladies and gentlemen. We will give you good tips, help you practice the technique and find the feeling of mastery in safe and friendly surroundings.

Level

All of these courses are black level, which means that you must be a skilled skier who masters both red and black runs, and is familiar with cross-country skiing and on different surfaces.

Weather and snow conditions can affect the course schedule

Note that the execution of the carving course depends on the snow conditions. If the conditions are not good enough, we will instead set up a freeriding course at the same level. Voss has some of the best terrain for freeriding, and on the course you will learn good techniques for freeriding and how you can find the raw feeling of mastery on the mountainside.
