Hangurstoppen Restaurant
Located at 818 meters above sea level, right next to the top station of the gondola, Hangurstoppen Restaurant is a central hub for skiers, hikers, and visitors year-round. With both indoor and outdoor seating, it’s a great place to enjoy a meal, a coffee break, or a refreshing drink while taking in panoramic mountain views. Open during evening skiing throughout the winter season.
The restaurant offers a varied menu with warm and cold dishes, baked goods, and seasonal specialties made from locally sourced ingredients. The bar has full serving rights, making it a natural gathering spot for both lunch and après-ski.
Hangurstoppen is easily accessible and located just steps away from ski slopes, cross-country trails, the panoramic hiking path, a ski conveyor belt (skiband), and the ski shop – making it an ideal starting point or resting place during your mountain adventure.
Storastovo at Slettafjellet
Storastova is located at Slettafjellet, right in the heart of Voss Resort. It’s a convenient spot to take a break, enjoy a warm drink, or grab a bite to eat. The menu includes simple and hearty dishes like burgers, sausages, and soup, with both indoor and outdoor seating available.
On sunny days, the outdoor grill is fired up, adding to the lively atmosphere. Storastova is also open during evening skiing throughout the winter season.
Gamle Hangursrestauranten
Gamle Hangursrestauranten, or the old Hangur Restaurant, is easily accessible and ideal for a scenic meal with a view. Some say the view is the finest in all of Voss. Whether you're stopping for a coffee, a bite to eat, or just a break from the slopes, this is the perfect place to relax and recharge.
At Gamle Hangur you can enjoy authentic Greek dishes like gyros and moussaka, made with traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients imported directly from Greece.
Varmestova in Bavallen
Located in Bavallen with easy access by car, Varmestova offers both indoor and outdoor seating – perfect for a relaxing break with a hot drink and a tasty snack. The kiosk serves fresh buns, ready-made sandwiches, hot chocolate, coffee, and other refreshments.
You’ll also find a ticket booth and a ski conveyor belt (skiband) right next to the building, making it a great starting point for skiers of all ages. Warm up, unwind, and enjoy the view before heading back out on the slopes. Varmestova is open during evening skiing throughout the winter season.
Bringing your own food?
During the winter season, you can enjoy your own food and drinks in the grill cabins at Trollbakken, Badnakrokjen, the timber shelter at Slettafjellet, the foyer of the “old” Hangur restaurant, the warming hut in Bavallen, and the Åsnes cabin.
